Do I get the source code or self-host it?
No. AzariX is a hosted service — you don't receive the platform source and there's no on-prem build. Custom work runs on the same managed platform.
Is there a fixed price for custom work?
Standard modules and bundles have public, backend-owned prices on the pricing page. Custom and white-label work is scoped and quoted per engagement, so there's no single number.
Can I get the app fully in my own brand?
Own-brand styling is available as a managed setup we do with you — not a self-serve white-label switch. Tell us the scope and we'll walk through what's involved.
Do you guarantee uptime?
We offer paid per-outlet connectivity tiers (e.g. an always-online tier) rather than a blanket platform SLA. We'll be straight about what each tier covers.
